The Operation

The core of the company revolves around establishing the business structures necessary to manage resources and oversee finances. The company as planed will need to consist of three parts a "Trust", "LLC", and "S-corp". The "Trust" will furnish the business education, trade association, and micro business grants. The "Trust" will also be used to establish a lab for testing and disseminating pertinent technologies reducing start up research and capital for the trade association members.

The website combined with the basic home based stores can be correlated to produce a graduated marketing platform quickly to start a cash flow. I am guesstimating an 8 to 10% variable per item resell revenue per item sold. At this point we will need to encourage neighborhood craftsmen and craftswomen to produce marketable product. We would also encourage existing home businesses to participate.

Greenhouses and gardens are the next most inexpensive revenue stream. The starting investment, after land is arranged, is around 7,000 for a garden to 30,000 for a greenhouse. This cost includes company requirements in soil preparation, seed selection, and pest control. After the first year costs should drop to around 50 dollars per year non-labor costs. Note that 6,000 dollars is for a device that produces a organic pesticide. One device can service multiple gardens.

Neighborhoods should be encouraged to donate lawn, leaves, and garden waste for composting. The compost then can be sold back to neighborhood gardens for produce or cash as negotiated. Composting will require between 300 to 5,000 dollars for start up and around 200 for operations annually. Again, this is non labor costs.

Now the jewel in the crown, energy efficient electrical power generation. The generator set uses several forms of green technology. This means that an investment of between 20,000 to 350,000 (depending on output potential and fuel selected) will be needed to produce between 200KVA to 35,000KVA. A revenue stream of between 24,000 to 100,000 dollars a month can be generated for company development.

The company's green technology is designed to manufacture a fuel if needs be to run our systems. This fuel is clean burning and a good source of CO2 for the greenhouses.

The company uses many modernized old technologies to accomplish its goals.
