Core Company Independent Contractors
· Architect- design stores from existing buildings
· Engineer- design integration of proprietary building functions
· Lawyer- setup LLC and S-corps, determine and establish legal protections
· Mechanic- implement fuel-efficient engine systems
· Electrician- implement electrical wiring and appliances
· Horticulturist- establish and oversee greenhouse operations
· Aquatic Specialist- maintain aquariums and ponds
· Machinist- build special fuel conservation and integration parts
· Nutritionist- establish food production parameters and oversees food production
· Accountant- balance and maintain financial records, audit company function
· Purchasing Agent- enlists local talent to support company by furnishing products
· Salesperson- promotes company to regional interests
· IT Specialist- designs and maintains website and company wide computer integration
· Security Specialist- maintain electronic security and security policy
The core independent contractors can not depend on a cash compensation for the first three years of effort in developing the company. However, compensations will be found in access to company technologies, shares, notes, or marketing channels if cash is not available.
Independent contractors selected need to be able to see the potential of the company and be willing to put the time into ensuring its function.
