To reduce complicated tax forms and filings for us we elected to use "Independent Agents" responsible for their oun taxes. This is the easiest way to shift the burden and expense to the IRS to maintain their records. We encourage educating our agents in business war-fair. We encourage the use of the free tax program "Tax Act". In addition, for those that need to file 1099 forms we use "1099 Connection"
Now, The Block Store is a combination of three management companies. A holding company, an LLC company and as S-Corp compose the trio.
The holding company controls the investments, finance management, and establishes operating regulations.
The LLC holds company assets and properties against lawsuits as we plan to have many others involved and would be lax if we didn't defend our abillity to operate.
The S-Corp works better as an agent contract, human resource, and work detail management company.
Here again we will not employ employees but establish business relationships with independent contractors, agents, and businesses.
